Personal Statement

My principal research interests are primarily in the health policy and planning areas. Specifically, I'm interested in the use of performance measures in health care evaluation, in the creation of alternative delivery systems in rural areas, and in how health systems evolve and transform over time. I've conducted applied research in evaluation and policy analysis.
